Poison Cityn kurssit

Tärkeänä osana tapahtumaa ovat sen aikana järjestettävät erilaiset kurssit. Päivittäisten kurssien ohjaajina toimivat taidealan huiput ympäri maailman, kuten Nadja Raszewski, Outi Mäenpää, Lisa Fornhammar, Michael Gould ja Mark Kirchenmann.

Poison City Festival

Poison city festival will be held for the first time in coming July. The festival is a tribute to experimental artforms, such as music, improvisation theatre,and dance improvisation. Poison city Festival will be held in a small village of Myrkky (means poison in finnish). Myrkky is locaded in the town og Karijoki, which lies in the middle of country scenery in South- west- Finland Karijoki is one of the oldest habitats in the northern Europe. There ha been findings which date back 120 000 years.

The festival program will take the visitors from the coulinaristic experiences of the outdoor-restaurant Taste center to the futuristic visions of the Space center. In the festival area there will be also a fair, in where you can find everything from ancient handicraft to future space technology. The program also includes different musical performances and a phenomenal Poison Horse Show.

The festival also includes a vide range of courses which will be held during 17.-21.7. The courses will be taught by widely known performers, such as Nadja Raszewski, Michael Gould and Mark Kirchenmann. The themes of the courses include improvisation theatre, modern dance, music and ewerything in between.
